Mr. Mandalia obtained his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University School of Law in 2011 where he was a Chapman Law Review Editor, Law Review Symposium Editor, Moot Court Honor Board Top-Four Finalist, and national-level competitor in oral advocacy.

In addition, he obtained the Excellence in the Future Award for Legal Research and Writing (top of his class) in 2008 and in Gambling Law in 2010.  He also served as a judicial extern for a Federal judge while a second-year law student.

Mr. Mandalia was licensed to practice law in California in 2011 and in Nevada in 2013.  In addition, he is admitted to the following Courts: 2011, U.S. District Court, Central District of California; 2012, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California; 2012, U.S. Bankruptcy Couurt, Central District of California; 2012, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California.  

Denish M. Mandalia, Esq. is a former consumer products brand developer, advertising account executive, and real estate construction defect consultant.  

He began his legal career and capitalized on his construction knowledge while working for Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Halluck from 2010 until 2013 on behalf of real estate developers, contractors, and subcontractors.  Thereafter, in 2013, he accepted a position with the well respected trial litigation firm, Ford, Walker, Haggerty, & Behar where he handled lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex litigation matters.

In 2016, Mr. Mandalia began his own practice and became Of Counsel for Levitt Law, APC on litigation related matters.

After years of working alongside insurance companies, Mr. Mandalia is adept at analyzing cases for potential weaknesses, strengths, and articulating strategies to achieve favorable results on behalf of his clients.
